- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at info@giggleswiggles.com to request a return authorization number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with any accessories or documentation.
- Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that your return is received safely.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.
